Church based youth worker
Work as part of a team of young adults to establish a disciplemaking youth movement in a local church community.
The year consists of alternating training and practical intensives, starting each January. After the initial month long training period, trainees are placed into teams and sent to a local church community to establish a disciplemaking youth movement. Trainees return every 7 - 9 weeks for a further 2 week training intensives. Training includes character development, practical youth ministry tools and an in-depth study of the life of Jesus and how he did ministry.
